As Lead Meteorologist and TheVTeam Coordinator, Al directs overall operations, including partnerships, net control, and chase coordination. He provides critical weather analysis and serves as the team’s field meteorologist, ensuring informed and strategic decision-making during severe weather events.

Chy serves as the Public Information Officer (PIO) for TheVTeam, managing public communications, media coordination, and information distribution. She ensures accurate and timely updates are delivered clearly to both the public and partner organizations.

Madison serves as TheVTeam’s Photographer and Videographer, capturing high-quality visual documentation of severe weather events. Her work supports both real-time reporting and post-event analysis while showcasing the impact and structure of storms in the field.
